In these sessions, the pharmacists review current medications and find any possible interaction dangers and also compare them to the formulary to identify any cost-saving opportunities. Subsequent consultations for particular patients, called Medication Therapy Management sessions, allow pharmacists to continually assess medication
regimens and costs to determine ways to keep your retirees healthy while saving them and the plan money.
